Following a period of rapid growth through acquisitions, AIDA sought to achieve enterprise-wide operational efficiency and stronger alignment. Since our collaboration began, Silvertick has supported AIDA across two critical workstreams Automation Delivery and Mobile Chatbot Migration driving efficiency, consistency, and customer engagement.

Automation Delivery – Our team worked with AIDA’s digital transformation unit to identify, design, test, and deploy automated solutions using AI and intelligent automation tools. To date, Silvertick has delivered dozens of automations across customer services, partner operations, and compliance, removing manual bottlenecks and improving scalability.

Mobile Chatbot Migration – Silvertick led the migration of AIDA’s chatbots from web-based platforms to mobile (iOS and Android), enhancing customer accessibility and engagement. We also implemented a smart communication layer enabling seamless handoffs between AI chatbots and live agents, creating a unified support experience that helps AIDA strengthen customer relationships and capture new opportunities.
